The BrixGroup Foundation

A Covenant,
Not a Campaign

Five percent of all pre-tax profits are dedicated to causes that outlast us. This is not a marketing instrument. It is a binding commitment to the communities that sustain us.

The Commitment

Sadaqah Jariyah

Continuous charity — a giving that endures

In the Islamic tradition, Sadaqah Jariyah refers to acts of charity whose benefits continue long after the act itself — a well that provides clean water for decades, a school that educates generation after generation. It is giving that compounds.

At BrixGroup, this principle is structural, not discretionary. Five percent of all pre-tax profits are allocated to the Foundation — a commitment embedded in the group's articles of incorporation. It cannot be reduced by management decision or shareholder pressure.

An independent governance board of scholars and community leaders oversees all allocation decisions, ensuring funds reach the communities and causes where they create the deepest, most lasting impact.

Impact Pillars

Where the Commitment Lives

Education

“Opening doors that compound across generations.”

Scholarships for underserved students. Construction of schools in communities without access. Vocational training programmes that translate directly into livelihood. Education is the highest-yield investment we know.

Clean Water

“The most fundamental form of dignity.”

Well construction in arid regions. Water purification systems for communities relying on contaminated sources. Infrastructure that serves villages for decades — the essence of Sadaqah Jariyah made physical.

Healthcare

“Because health is the foundation of opportunity.”

Clinic support in underserved regions. Medical equipment for hospitals operating beyond capacity. Treatment access programmes that remove the financial barrier between a family and the care they need. Preventive healthcare initiatives that reduce the burden on fragile systems before crises emerge.

Disaster Relief

“First to arrive, last to leave.”

Emergency response funding deployed within hours, not weeks. Reconstruction support that rebuilds with resilience in mind. Community preparedness programmes that reduce vulnerability before disaster strikes. We do not wait for headlines to act.

Governance

Accountability, Not Optics

Independent Board

An independent board of scholars, community leaders, and financial professionals governs all Foundation decisions. Management holds no veto power over allocation.

Transparent Reporting

Every dirham is tracked. Allocation decisions, disbursement timelines, and impact metrics are documented and published in annual impact reports available to the public.

Structural Commitment

The five-percent allocation is encoded in the group's founding documents. It is not a pledge, a target, or an aspiration. It is a legal obligation that survives leadership transitions.

The measure of wealth is not what is kept, but what is given.

If your organisation shares this conviction, we welcome the conversation. Partnerships rooted in purpose create impact that neither party could achieve alone.
